So, I can't tell you how many issues I have had with electric companies in the Houston area. My overarching view was they were all terrible. After I got fed up with Stream's shady practices of increasing your rates without telling you, I switched to Bounce Energy. Not only did my bill cut in half, but I don't have to deal with the grief that comes with every other company's customer services problems. Love it.
